Terms and Conditions for BudgetTripInn
Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions, as they outline our reservation policies and liabilities. By beginning your tour, you agree to these terms by default. In these Terms and Conditions, "you" or "tourist" refers to our clients, guests, or customers availing of services from BudgetTripInn, while "we," "us," or "management" refers to BudgetTripInn.
When you register on budgettripinn.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. By doing so, you also consent to receive emails, offers, and notifications from BudgetTripInn. Please do not access our services if you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions.
Payments and Reservations
Reservation Deposit: To secure a reservation, an initial deposit of a portion of the total tour cost is required.
Changes to Booking: If you wish to change any part of your booking (e.g., dates, vehicle, or accommodation), you must notify us at least 15 days before the tour/booking start date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, though it may only sometimes be possible, especially for government accommodations. All change requests must be made in writing by the person who booked the service. Any costs incurred due to amendments are your responsibility.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the start of your tour or booking. If the final balance is not received by this time, the tour/service/booking will be automatically canceled, and BudgetTripInn will not be held responsible.
Required Information
You must provide all requested information along with the final payment to confirm your travel arrangements.
Necessary Information: Required details include your full name as per a valid ID, date of birth, nationality, and any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your travel experience.
Responsibility for Fitness: You are responsible for determining whether a tour suits you. We recommend consulting a physician to confirm your fitness for travel and planned activities.
Pricing and Surcharges
Our trip prices are subject to seasonal and variable pricing, a common practice in the travel industry. Prices may fluctuate based on demand, market conditions, and availability. If you like a particular price, we recommend booking promptly. Once you have received a quote and paid the deposit before it expires, the price will be locked in.
What's Included in Our Tour Packages
Arrival Assistance
Hotel Accommodation and Meals (as per package plan)
Transfer and Sightseeing in Designated Vehicle: An exclusive AC or non-AC vehicle will be available based on your itinerary. Note that the vehicle may only be available during the entire tour.
What's Not Included in Our Tour Packages
Airfare/Train Fare
Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, tips, alcohol, bottled water, airport taxes, insurance, and meals outside the itinerary.
Additional Car Use: Beyond the designated itinerary.
Supplementary Services: Services like ropeway rides, boating, yak rides, rafting, toy train rides, helicopter rides, or other similar activities (e.g., boat or jeep safaris) unless specified in the itinerary.
Changes in Government Tax: Any tax changes that may apply.
Liabilities and Limitations
Lockdown and Pandemic-Related Delays: In case of a lockdown or similar situation, tours will be postponed rather than cancelled, with no refund.
Loss and Damages: We are not liable for any loss or damage to life, property, or belongings due to accidents, political issues, theft, or any other circumstances beyond human control.
Changes to Itinerary: The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or room availability.
"No Show" Policy: If a customer does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the tour will be treated as a "no show" and cancelled without a refund.
Right to Cancel or Alter Arrangements: We reserve the right to cancel or alter travel arrangements, with reasons provided to you.
Natural Calamities, Political Issues, and Unforeseen Events: In such cases, changes in the itinerary may incur extra costs, for which we are not liable. We will provide support as needed in such situations.
Permits and Availability
Permits: Permits for specific locations depend on weather, political stability, and natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Vehicle and Hotel Availability: During peak seasons, luxury vehicles may not be available, so that a standard vehicle will be provided.
Hotel/Resort/Homestay Check-In and Check-Out: Generally, check-in is at 12 pm, and check-out is at 10 am, though times may vary by location. Exact details will be provided with your booking.
Vehicle Usage
Local Town Access: Vehicles cannot be used as local taxis within town limits. Town access is generally on foot.
Upgrades: We may upgrade the vehicle or accommodation without prior notice, though the class of service will remain the same or higher.
Homestay Facilities and Meals
Basic Amenities in Homestays: Homestays offer basic amenities and may not have geysers, AC, TV, intercom, or power backup.
Meals: If meals are included, they will be provided as per a fixed menu.
