Rules / Policy

  1. 1) Unmarried couples are allowed
  2. 2) The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  3. 3) Allows private parties or events. (condition applied)
  4. 4) Children below 5 years will be complimentary with the parent bed.
  5. 5) Children between 5 - 12 years will be charged as per (CNB = Child no Bed) with a parent bed, 50 % of tariff at the booking time.
  6. 6) Prior to 15 days of check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied. But there will be no refund of any payment. Only the paid amount can be adjusted within 3 months.
  7. 7) 15 days to 7 days prior to check-in date, a cancellation charge will be applied either 25% on total booking amount or will incur a one night tariff, whichever will be higher
  8. 8) In case of no show or cancellation request has been made prior 6 days to check-in date, 100% cancellation charges will be levied
  9. 9) Guaranteed reservation room will be held for the guest till next day 6:00 am of actual arrival date. After which it will be treated as no show booking
  10. 10) Cancellation requests should be in writing by e-mail in addition to informing the same by phone.
  11. 11) Date alteration can be possible, subject to room availability and may incur extra charges.
