Rules / Policy

  1. 1) Prior to 15 days of check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied. But there will be no refund of any payment. Only the paid amount can be adjusted within 2 months.
  2. 2) Cancellation requests should be in writing by e-mail in addition to informing the same by phone
  3. 3) Guaranteed reservation room will be held for the guest till next day 6:00 am of actual arrival date. After which it will be treated as no show booking
  4. 4) Children between 4 - 9 years will be charged as per (CNB = Child no Bed) with a parent bed, 50 % of tariff at the booking time.
  5. 5) Children below 4 years will be complimentary with the parent bed.
  6. 6) Allows private parties or events. (condition applied)
  7. 7) The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  8. 8) Smoking is Strictly Prohibited inside the Room.
  9. 9) Consumption of Alcohol Strictly Prohibited outside the Room.
  10. 10) All Due payment must be cleared one day before 7 day of Check In.
  11. 11) If someone dose not take any meal, no amount will be deduct from Booking tariff.
  12. 12) No negotiation will be entertained after generation of receipt.
  13. 13) The Guest will be responsible for any damage to the belongings of the property. Please Don't touch the Plants.
